the shaanxi cuisine culture festival covers a total area of nearly 7,000 square meters, and there are 52 kinds of landmark cuisines from other provinces and cities on display – with more than 100 kinds of handicrafts and time-honored food from shaanxi being produced and sold on-site.
the festival consists of nine series of activities in three sections —— a food carnival, a food industry summit and a cooking craft festival.
